Welcome to the LDP Survey–a biennial assessment of how organizations manage and evaluate their development programs for early career hires. The LDP Survey captures data on retention, compensation, off-boarding, recruitment, evaluation, mentorship and many other practices related to running development programs.
Developed in consultation with LDP managers and recruiters from around the country, the LDP Survey offers organizations an opportunity to benchmark their practices against organizations with similar development programs. Participants may take the survey as many times as they wish–once for each development program they want to compare against the market–and unlock aggregated market data from the same functional area (general management, engineering, sales & marketing, IT, human resources, research & development, finance & accounting, operations, legal, actuarial, merchandising, and others).
All participants will receive a free copy of the results for each functional area for which they submit data. All data submitted for the survey will be treated as sensitive and reported in aggregate form only.Participate in the LDP Survey
